Topic: Game over?

When I power up my C1, the screen flashes for a bit then goes dark.  Does this sound like a hardware failure, or could it have lost its program?  Is this the end?  If so, are other devices available with similar capabilities?

It could well be a power supply. Do you have any way of testing voltage and amperage?

Thanks for the reply.  Are these symptoms of a failed supply?  I measure roughly 5V at the jack pins on the board, and about the same with the supply unplugged from the device.

you can  buy a brand new chumby one equivalent infocast 3.5 on amazon for $19.
