Topic: pixelated screen after static shock

I touched my Chumby 1 one evening, causing a spark from static electricity.  Ever since then, the screen has been dim, somewhat pixelated, and practically impossible to read.  Is she broken for good?  I've tried unplugging/plugging in, with no change.

its toast but you can replace it for $10-$20. get the 3.5 inch insignia.
