When we experience a power outage the Chumby tries to reach the WiFi access point before the access point is ready to accept connections.
Forever after this point, the Chumby stays on the "select wireless network" screen.

The Chumby should try again to connect to its preferred wireless network if it's not available.

This bug is repeatable.
