   hoping a serious developer can assist with some wisdom.

Recently built my USB Photo widget which as you have guessed shows photos of a USB stick.

The widget works fine when I run from Adobe dev environment but when I run it on the Chumby every now and then a photo won't load. No errors thrown just blank screen.

Its not the same images each time, sometimes an image works and others times it doesn't. 

I am waiting long enough for them to load (loadcomplete triggers).

Any thoughts welcome e.g. is there some limitataions on flashlite that I am not getting, is the cache filling up etc.

All images are simple jpg's but they do vary in size.
