Interesting idea... a YTMND site is basically an animated GIF and a MP3 file.  You can use swftool's gif2swf to convert the GIF into a looping SWF file, then you'd need to combine that with the MP3 playback.  It's more than what a widget on its own can do, but combined with a web service, it's possible (although likely very annoying!).
