Topic: flash on mac os

Hello! I just got a chumby, and I'm looking forward to joining the development community and learning some new languages (I mostly program in Java, C++). I do most of my work on a Mac, and after digging around a bit, I've attempted to create a simple swf using textmate and eclipse, both with no luck! Any other Mac OS developers around here who have a decent workflow setup? Or perhaps I just install virtualization software and use FlashDevelop? Thanks very much!

Re: flash on mac os

If you want to develop widget, i think you should install FlashDevelop/Flex through virtual Windows (or purchase Flash MX for Mac OS yikes- i ve been this way)
Btw, Swf-output compiler mtasc is avaiable in mac os (but i have not tried this in my mac yet yikes)
