Topic: Lost my MAC

I booted up my Chumby today and when it gets to the "New or existing connection" screen.

I go to create a new connection and everything appears to be normal except that near the top of the screen it shows MAC: 00:00:00:00:00:00 and does not appear to show any of the available WI FI networks (that I am pretty sure should be there).

I wonder if this is an indication of something the matter.

Any ideas?

when you reboot your chumby, hold down a finger on the screen and go to special options -> reinstall/reset/etc.

What would I want do from there?

Do a full reset?

From the symptom, it would seem that something happened to the Wifi adapter.

If a reset doesn't fix it, please contact Customer Support.
