Topic: connection and updating widget questions

I have two questions. The first is, is there a way for me to manually edit a settings file to have the chumby connect to an access point instead of having to manually enter it each time the chumby crashes and I have to restart it. Secondly, is there also a file to change the settings of how often the chumby connects to the web to download the latest widgets on your list?

Well, the chumby is supposed to remember its network settings on a simple crash - it should only reset them if you "restore to factory settings".  However, we've seen some access points that may take too long to get an IP lease and it seems like it's forgotten its settings.  The (hopefully imminent) firmware update should address this.

We're also adding a "reload" button that would allow you to force a reload of the widget mix.
