I'm the proud new owner of a chumby, and I'd like this feature:

It would be nice if there were more than two brightness levels to choose from.

It would be even nicer if the brightness auto-adjusted, but I understand that alpha chumbies tried to do this, and it was "problematic".  I know that others have asked for a timer-based brightness adjustment; that would be nice too.

But my request is to have more than two levels to choose from (too bright, and too dim are how I think about the current system ).
