My Chumby 8 died after about 3 weeks of use.  How and where do I send it for repair?

Wow, I just ordered a Chumby 8 and after reading all the problems with the C8, my heart is sinking fast and I don't even have it yet. Is this company in over it's head?

I'm getting really annoyed.... Going to send it back to Woot for a refund... Liked it for the two weeks it worked.

It's almost as if the CS department vanished in literally one day.  Maybe it's just the Woot run.
