Topic: No response from support: deactivating chumby one
I've emailed the support email directly and used the email contact form but have not received a response in 4 days. Could someone please help me out here?
A partner at my firm hasn't used their chumby one in a long time and to make a long story short, I got a hand me down. So essentially I have a used chumby one that's activated to their account that they don't remember the login nor which email address they used.
From other posts on the forum it seems that Chumby support is able to deactivate this on the backend. Could you please deactivate the account to the device id:
It'd be much appreciated, as I can't wait to play with this device and get it activated. Thanks!
