Chumby Industries has, I believe, never had phone support since the beginning. However, they used to have chat support which is far, far, far, far better then email support. Why did Chumby get rid of chat support? Almost no one uses just email for support as it is incredibly slow and wastes everyone's time. Is chumby cutting back because of reduced revenues? This is a poor place to cut back because word will get out how slow the support response is and that will affect sales by itself. I hope chumby management will come to their senses and reinstate chat support.
