Topic: Software Version 1.2 : custom control panel

I notice from the wiki entry that sw version 1.2 is required to support a custom control panel loaded from a mounted USB device. My device reports sw version 1.1 and I haven't been able to find anywhere to update the sw so I'm guessing it hasn't been released yet?

Adobe announced the release of FL 3.0 on Monday at MAX, does this mean there will be a Chumby update in the immediate future upgrading the player to FL 3.0?

We haven't released the 1.2 firmware yet - soon!

The production chumbys are already running Flash Lite 3 - you've been using it all along!

The chumby is the first commercial device to use it.

AH! I did suspect that might be the case when I saw some video content running on a widget...but I was hoping that support for Flash remoting was going to make it into FL 3.0. Oh well at least we have XMLSocket for now.
