Topic: FujiFilm Battery and Infocast 3.5"
Hello, I'm the proud owner of a $70 Chumby One / Infocast 3.5" as of two days ago.
I've found in the wiki that the Chumby One supports a rechargeable battery pack:
"Optional lithium ion battery, Fujifilm NP-120 or equivalent , 3.7V @ 1800mAh. Beware knock-offs that lack embedded battery safety circuitry or sub-par quality batteries. "
Does the Chumby / Infocast 3.5" charge the battery until it's unplugged or do I need an external charger?
Are there any reports on about how much time I can expect my Chumby to work on only battery power? I see again from the wiki that a Chumby doing 'normal' activities consumes about 3W. Also the FujiFilm battery provides 3.7V @ 1800mAh.
Sorry for the basic electronics question but what is the math required to figure out a general timeline for this battery?
Thanks for reading. I'm excited about the device.
