Another - difficult, but nice to have - suggestion:

A widget for outlook with support of calender, todo and maybe mail.

I think it would need some kind of "server" component on the home pc (maybe an outlook macro to extract the data and a simple webserver can do the job). The interface to the widget could be universal, so it would support every pim.
