Looks like this one is repeatable if you haven't seen it already.

Power on the device.
Open control panel.
Open clock settings menu.
Stepped into Set Time Zone and clicked okay without changing time zone. (Indianapolis)

Now I am no longer able to back out because clicking the "Done" button from clock settings does nothing. The button lights up as though it accepted my click, but does not navigate me back to the main control panel. I can still navigate around within the Clock settings, but can not back out.
