talk into your chumby

seems to die off around volume 10 and run away past 13.

If you Ctrl-Z and throw it into the background process, surprisingly, the delay between echo is shorter in duration.

You'll have more satisfying results leaving arecord/aplay in the foreground and using the chumby control panel to modify volume
or open another ssh session and chumby_set_volume through that window.

I had some weird results piping other music (yes, chumby Karaoke) and sounds through the chumby while the reverb was running also...

Like the subject says... cheap thrills.
