my chumby one reboots frequently. In the syslog I find

Things to try:

1) Do a firmware update for your device, even if to the same version.  This would rewrite any firmware that might have been corrupted.
2) If you're a subscribed user, try a channel with a single, simple widget to see if it's a particular widget that's causing the problem.

The error message seems to indicate that either the Flash Player is freezing, or the Control Panel is failing to set the dead man's switch that indicates that it's still running.
