Topic: btplay and .wav files
Can btplay be used to play a .wav file? I can get an mp3 to play, but not a .wav. The .wav in question is a "RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, MPEG Layer 3, mono 16000 Hz" according to the file command. I am trying this on both a Chumby One and an Infocast 8". The output from the btplay command is:
chumby-28-68-86:/mnt/storage/tmp # btplay completelyOperational.wav
btplay client v1.4.1.38.46
Connected to btplayd instance 1014
Got response: OK 100 reset
Matched request 100
Got response: OK 101 playnow 0
Matched request 101
playnow * completelyOperational.wav
So, it seems to be working, yet, no sound.
Thanks!
