I need info about the how I can prepared bootable sd mmc card
which files I  need  and where I can found this file

Please note the folowing:

Because the first partition size has a size problem, the cfdisk program will not load the SD card. The solution is to use fdisk to fix it just as it is described in the procedure given above. When the first partition has been fixed, then you can go back to cfdisk.
