Topic: mp3.x, btplay.property issues

Hello,

I noticed that mp3.x and /var/run/btplay.properties has some sort of limit of length of names.  Can this be removed?  Here is what I see:

chumby:~# cat /var/run/btplay.properties
Tags/Title=Otherworldly Dervishes
Tags/Artist=Jack DeJohnette featuring Bill
Tags/Album=The Elephant Sleeps But Still
Tags/Year=
Tags/Comment=
Tags/Genre=Jazz
Tags/Index=5
ReplayGain/TrackGain=-280

chumby:~# mp3.x mnt://usb | grep Otherworldly
<mp3 artistname="Jack DeJohnette featuring BillThe Elephant Sleeps But Still " songname="Otherworldly Dervishes" genre="8" track="" album="The Elephant Sleeps But Still " comment="" year="" size="12473170">mp3://usb/Jack DeJohnette featuring Bill Frisell/The Elephant Sleeps But Still Remembers/The Elephant Sleeps But Still Remembers_Jack DeJohnette featuring Bill Frisell_5_Otherworldly Dervishes.mp3</mp3>

I also find the mp3.x got the artistname incorrect; it seemed to concatenate the album name to it... sort of.

Why does that file have such a long name?

Re: mp3.x, btplay.property issues

The file name listed in the mp3.x output is correct -- it's the artistname and album attributes which are incorrect; not unlike Tags/Artist and Tags/album except the Tags/Artist and artistname both are wrong differently.
