I followed the wiki and even a forum post for trouble shooting but I cannot get the chumby to connect via 3G in the GUI.  It worked via pppd after editing the ppp_peer file.

I first tried using the /psp/3g_config xml, since my provider only has an apn and dial code, I left username and password blank. It failed to connect and even reset the file to use guest and #777.

When I got it to connect, I removed the username/password from the file, added apn and corrected the dial code. It connected via pppd. So I went and tried the GUI again, but it reset both 3g_config and ppp_peer.  I'm not sure why it keeps reseting my changes.
