Topic: 7 day alarm clock

Hello,

I'm not a Chumby owner, but am considering one. I currently use an alarm clock (which is on the fritz) that allows me to set independent alarm times for each day of the week. I.e. an alarm schema that looks like this:

  • Sunday no alarm

  • Monday at 6:30AM

  • Tuesday at 6:30AM

  • Wednesday no alarm

  • Thursday at 8:00AM

  • Friday at 7:00AM

  • Saturday no alarm

The alarm clock I am currently using is the Neverlate 7-day Alarm Clock.

I've searched and had a hard time coming up with an answer: is there a Chumby widget that would allow for this? Please note the distinction of being able to set the alarm time for each day independently (or even disable the alarm for some day) versus the "typical" 2-day/5-day/7-day alarm clocks out there allowing:

  • 2-day = One alarm setting for Saturday and Sunday

  • 5-day = One alarm setting for Monday through Friday

  • 7-day = One alarm setting for Sunday through Saturday

Yes, the Chumby can support the alarm scenario you've described.

It's not a widget that does this - this is done by the "Control Panel".  See this page.

This is the great plus of a chumby.  I use my one as a "multi alarm clock"  as you described. smile
