The BBC recently removed their rolling video forecast from the UK Freeview Red Button (along with other stuff) to free up bandwidth for future HD content. It was a useful feature for my missus who wouldn't want to flash up the pc to see it.

Is it possible to create a widget that streams this (same) video from the BBC's Weather website pages?
