Topic: ColourLovers widget crashes Chumby

Don't know if this should be addressed to the widget author, or Chumby ... I have a single channel set for the ColourLoversPatterns widget, with a view time of 30 seconds. There's no other widget, so it stays on that one indefinitely. But after a while, it invariably crashes. And often when it crashes, it freezes the Chumby completely. The top pressure switch doesn't do anything. Tapping the screen doesn't do anything. The only remedy I can find is to power off and back on again.

I updated the widget with some attempted fixes, but unfortunately this crash is being caused by flash player not deallocating memory correctly.  The problem should be fixed in the next firmware update.  Until then, all you can do is to not run the widget continuously, sorry!
