Topic: widget_parameter_example: permission to reuse?

Please forgive this minor point, but the code for the widget_parameter_example -- could there please be a comment in the XmUtils.as et al granting us explicit permission to use and distribute it?  I'm nearing the point where I'd like to put some of my code into the wiki as an example using mtasc and swfmill, and I'd like to include the XmlUtils class in the zip.
