Topic: Airport & Chumby

I received my Chumby yesterday and tried using it with my Macs. I first tried my Mac Mini which Airport card is 802.11 b/g. I get error message "Network connection failed" Can't connect to Chumby.com etc. I then tried using newer Macbook with 802.11 N with same results. It sees both networks with 5 bar reception it just won't connect. I have a Sony PSP which does not have a problem with either network connecting to web. Anybody use their Chumby with a Mac with built in Airport?

There's an issue with the way Apple does DHCP, so you have to set the IP manually.

Read this - applies to your Mac Mini as well as Mac laptops.
