Topic: How to power off the Chumby

My apologies for cross posting, but I never did get the answer I was looking for in the Software forum and I thought that maybe this was more of a hardware question.

So, I want to programmatically power off the Chumby.  Like from the command line or something.  Is this possible or was the hardware designed so that you can only reboot progammatically?

Re: How to power off the Chumby

The command:

# cpi -s

...will power down the chumby.

This is a command to the secondary ("crypto") processor, which will remain on as long as the device has power. The "power" switch on the back of the chumby is actually a soft switch monitored by the same processor.
