Who's the maintainer of the wiki?

I would like to author some pages, and would like follow whatever format you guys use.

There are wiki extensions, such as subpages (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SubPageList2 ) that are handy when getting into detailed documentation.

How do we make requests for such things?
