Topic: No weather updates on default channel

I have a basic free subscription and two HID-C10s running the default channel.  Time and date update fine but the weather hasn't updated for months.  Any way to fix this issue?

Hmmm - I'm looking at my HID-C10 and the current conditions and forecast are correct (location set to New York City).

D'oh!  Sorry about that, Duane.  Turns out it was a Wi-Fi connectivity issue.  Finally figured it out when I couldn't add any cities.
