Wait, people have chumbies and yet there aren't massive amounts of pics saturating the interweb? Please people! Let those of us without the chumby live vicariously through you, plus we all want to know what the finished product is like. Thanks guys!
Mine should be shipping this week.... I promise you, there will be pics on my blog/flickr. I ordered on Friday night. The order still says "Pending" and my credit card hasn't been charged. I am on the East Coast, so I imagine it could be another 7-10 days before I see my chumby... But I promise you... Unboxing will be photographed.
Yup, ordered mine last Thursday... order is still pending. Really can't wait to throw my Homemedics piece of crap alarm clock in the trash. Chumbawumba!
My order just shipped and will not be here (Louisiana) till October 12, according to UPS's estimate. But, I am planning on posting unboxing and use pics as soon as I get it. I have been waiting almost a year for it to be released. I am so excited it is almost here!!!
Mine has also just shipped, and is scheduled for arrival on the 12th (though I know UPS is sometimes earlier than their target dates, and rarely later...) I plan on being home, waiting for the ugly brown toaster truck to arrive with my Chumby.
Most likely pictures will be uploaded to my blog (linked on my profile <---) just after chumby successfully connects to my wifi network (which will hopefully be a little less work than connecting my nabaztag/tag was.)
Okay, yeah, I have a tag/tag too. I'm a gadget freak. Or a freak, anyway.
fwiw, I ordered mine on the 28th, got the tracking number the next day, UPS guesstimated it would be the 12th, and I got it _yesterday_, 8 days early.
Keep an eye on the tracking number.. They're shipping expedited, so it's like "UPS Blue Label" (2-3 days) once it hits the US.
Ditto. Said the 12th, got it yesterday. Basically, less than 6 days to go from China to South Florida.
