Topic: Charged for subscription but not subscribed?

Hi.  I've seen the email for the past few months whenever my account was charged for the renewal, and I decided to remove my subscription, yet I am apparently not subscribed and have no Chumby registered.  Also could not modify my payment options.  Please help.

Bottom line: you have two accounts, one has the device and the subscription, the other one is the one you're logging into.

You can see what account a device is registered to on the "settings"=>"chumby info" screen on the device.
