Anyone know you to fix this?

When powering up to goes to Checking Network Devices and then hangs


I've done the option of touching the screen while powering up but the same thing happens when going into special options mode.

Yep - sounds like your network dongle is loose.  Don't open it or anything, just contact support and they will fix you up!

I was getting the same sort of behavior, just sitting at "Checking network devices"
I found this post which said you can boot without the network by adding a file on a usb drive.  I did this and successfully booted and was able to set my time and date, and the clock showed, and I was able to setup my wireless network too.  I even got a screen that said "special options" and asked if I wanted to install a software update now or later. I try to click Now and the button highlights but nothing happens.  I hit later and it goes back to the clock.

If I pull the usb memory stick with the debug file, I'm stuck back in the "Checking network devices" hell. sad
