Topic: Won't download the control panel

The chumby one located my wireless netork and I did the two software updates wit USB flashdrive.  After it rebooted

The screen says:

Downloading the control panel

Please wait a moment...

the progress bar is empty and nothing is happening

HELP

This does not work for me because your chat and email links only bring up blank non-active windows.
