Topic: Newest Update Clobbered Audio in Some Apps

The newest update has clobbered the audio in poor Raa !...tapping him does nothing now.  Same for the Chumby windchimes.  They have been completely silenced.  Others do still work (Cuckoo Clock, for example).

Is there anything to do to get my Raa! back??

Hmmm, that's odd.

I'll flag QA to look into it - all of the audio apps should be working.

From the Control Panel > Settings > Info screen, can you provide us the HW and SW version information?
Do you see the animation taking place and just no audible sound?
Do you hear anything from the widgets after turning up the volume? The windchimes widget is quite soft in general.
If you power cycle the chumby, do you hear these apps play their sounds?
We are unable to reproduce these audio problems you are experiencing, these and other flash audio widgets are working fine for us.

Yes, the animation does take place.  Yes, the volume is turned up, and they are still silent.  And, yes, if I power cycle the Chumby, it *sometimes* does work for a couple of times, and then goes silent again.

Again, this only happened immediately after the update - before that I'd never had a single problem.
