Topic: DCDC failure with battery plugged into Chumby

I have been working on come computer vision applications for the Chumby using an USB web cam plugged into the Chumby.  I also have a battery ( whatever the recommended fuji battery is ) in the Chumby.

I disconnected AC, while the web camera was plugged in.  The Chumby was on, and discharged itself.

Upon plugging in AC, and turning on Chumby, it was continuously rebooting.
I have a serial console wired to the unit, I noticed DCDC error indicating that the MCU was not seeing 5 volts ( even though the Chumby was plugged in ).

My apologies, I was so concerned about getting the Chumby fixed I did not grab a screen shot.  I removed the battery, and Chumby booted correctly.

Any ideas?

Re: DCDC failure with battery plugged into Chumby

I plugged the battery back in, and the error came back.
