Does anyone have NFS working? Is there a tutorial available on chumby networking services?

Theres' a thread about NFS here.
Basically, the chumby can be an NFS client using normal mount commands - be sure you create the mount point though.
I have three other linux systems using NFS on this net. I can:
1. Ping all the systems
2. ssh into the host system that is the nfs server
3. Do a "rpcinfo -p host" on the server and see the services offered.
Latest message is "No such device" which indicates that NFS was not
built into the kernel. I have also been unsuccessful in saving the wireless
network setup. I run a shell scripts on reboot to get connected.
