Topic: iheartradio and pandora should not be available if not connected

My chumby spends a fair bit of time unconnected because of crappy wifi and the wired ethernet dongle dropping out after a random period of time for an unknown reason (I wonder if you have noticed/fixed the wired ethernet dropout issue in your internal builds?).

I've noticed that while it is unconnected, most of the online music sources disappear from the music screen, however, Pandora and iheartradio remain. These should have disappeared as well, given they are useless unless Chumby is connected to the net.

Other than that, the improvements in the new beta CP are pretty good - particularly the play last music source button and the sleep timer.

Re: iheartradio and pandora should not be available if not connected

When the list is presented on the Music screen, each music source is asked by the Control Panel whether or not it is available - the network-based sources typically say "no" if the network is not available.  It appears these two are answering incorrectly - I may be able to simply answer it for them for these types of sources.  I'll take a look.
