Topic: Log Out of Chumby

I got one of the Insignia Connected TVs used and the previous owner is logged in. I've tried resetting to the TV to factory settings but the old user stays logged in, and I see no option to log out. Netflix had a separate reset/delete accounts option but I can't find one for Chumby. Any ideas?

Well, it doesn't really matter at this time, but when the full system is restored, you'll need to send me the "TiVo Serial Number" or TSN - it's a string of numbers preceded by the letter "A".

Insignia's Customer Support is supposed to ask you for this when you contact them, and normally they'd forward it to me.
