Topic: calendar and email notifier

The email notifier just says that its loading the message list forever.

I think the problem is with how I configured it.

also, the calendar says that I have no appointments.


I use gmail.  what do I put in the configuration area?

only notice the huge notice there that says you need to use SSL. there is no setting for turning SSL on or off in the email notifier widget config.

all i get is "Error opening mailbox".

Be sure that you have POP enabled on your GMail account (the default is off). Then follow the instructions at http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answ … swer=13287

Once I did that, it started working for me!

of course i have POP enabled.  i use it all the time.  still no go.  gonna go look for the widget owner...
