I think I have physically broken the USB on my Insignia Infocast 3.5". The last thing that I did before it stopped working was desolder the two (working) USB A female connectors I had soldered to the wifi dongle points and hacker header points on the board.

Now when I boot up, it looks like this:

I've tried plugging a keyboard in, and no console comes up like it used to.

I do have access to the serial console and it shows the hub is still there.

At the wifi adapter header, U+ and U- seem to have anomalously low resistances to GND. The other ports check out fine with the meter, but none of them work.

Anybody have an suggestions on what I can do to home in on an exact diagnosis? Am I pretty much hosed regardless?
