Topic: USB2serial

Has anyone tired to use a usb2serial adapter with the C1? I tried lsusb and it does show another entry with it plugged in but it doesn't show any FTDI details.
Does this mean it needs the FTDI drivers?

Now I know the Chumby will see FTDI devices.
