Topic: A slimmer enclosure for the chumby one.

Hello to everyone,

I've just ordered a copy of the chumby one. Someone has tried to change the enclosure with another slimmer ?

Do you still want everything connected?  e.g. speakers?  Most of the enclosure space is taken up by the speaker + 'resonance chamber'.  A lot of the spacing is required to avoid overheating.

Does this count?  [Its just the screen + mainboard for prototyping]

Nope. I would like to create a mobile phone. In my plans there is the idea to change che little screen with another bigger,like a 7".

Why not start with something more similar to what you want, a Nook Colour sets you back $199...
