the trick was: flashplayer.cfg first line should be comment, e.g.

# Comment required on first line if UTF-8 sequence bytes present
CustomFontMovie /mnt/usb/fonts.swf

So job half done...

Now come back to original purpose, display CJK  file name within "My Music Files" , so that it could be played.

Could my fonts.swf be included into the font mapping for "My Music Files"listing/explorer?

Is it possible somehow to see non-Latin mp3's filenames and metadata (ID3-tags) in Music Player (My Music Files)?

Update:
I've checked, Music Player (My Music Files) don't care what font you provide to system via flashplayer.cfg and font.swf method.
It's very sad.
