is it useful to add an akku?
Hi,
I find it useful...when changing the room.
I can take my Chumby to another room without
rebooting (while playing music-stream)
Or as Backup-Battery or for using it in a room where no AC-Wallsocket is free.
Or for showing sometihing up to my wife..so I can take my Chumby with me :-)
I got my NP-120 substitute from e*bay Germay as Blumax NP-120 for around 10-12EUR
and its working fine.
Hallo,
and no for eour englisch users :
got also a NP-120 accu with 2200mAh - but unfortunatly the backlight flickers when using it...from the first minute on?

NP-120 accu with 2200mAh - but unfortunatly the backlight flickers when using it...from the first minute on?
i just bought a cheap one in ebay (5EUR inkl. delivery) with 1800mAh.
there is nothing wrong with the light.
I am using an Nokia 8210 accu with 1200mAh as an Back-up source, works fine!
Hey,
For English users:
Hello,
do i need an external charger for the accu, or does the chumby the reload of the accu by itself?
