I would love to see this added.  Here is why.  When I get up, I want a very, very quiet alarm to wake me up.  Then about 15 minutes later when I get out of the shower I would like to have my next alarm go off at full volume playing my favorite NPR station so I can listen to the news while I shave.   If I could set the alarm volume for each alarm, that would be fantastic!
