Topic: I can't restore to factory settings

I need to restore the chumby to factory settings but I can't because i'm tapping a long time the screen and it holds on this screen.

thank you Duane (one more time, today is a chumby day smile ), They solved my problem.

Problem: Chumby doesn't start, it holds on in chumby "loading" screen or "loading special features" screen. Maybe caused to use a bad "debugchumby" file
Solution: Turn off the Wifi and restart chumby keeping tap it. It starts a complete cicle and "loading special features" menu opened. Then I've Restored factory defaults
