Topic: New e-mail widget - can't open messages

Whenever I try to read a message it tells me "unsupported message format."

I'm using G-Mail.

Thoughts?

Well not really -

GMail doesn't offer any setting which allows you to select which format it will show new mail in (HTML/Text) or which format it'll be sent as well. 

Isn't that a setting that the end user usually configures on his/her own e-mail client?

This way new mail is downloaded in whichever format the end user wants it to be - i.e. I use Outlook and have it set to read all new mail in text format.

it's an issue with the incoming message, not your settings in gmail. the sender needs to send text+html. some just send html (those are the problem emails).
