Topic: Brand New Chumby Activation and Account Set Up

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you can help. I bought a Chumby as a gift several years ago but it was never activated. The care of this Chumby has now fallen to me and I logged on to the various Chumby care sites and have twice tried to set up an account so that I can activate my dormant beasty.

Sadly, I haven't received any emails as expected to confirm my account is set up and so can't log in.

Could you please offer any advice on where to go next?

My Chumby is white and cream (leather) and looks like a Chumby Classic.

I'd be really grateful for any advice!

Hmm, the system did send an email and it was successfully delivered according to the logs.

However, I've manually approved your account so you should be able to log in now.

I've now managed to log in to the site and set up a subscription.

My Chumby hasn't offered me a chance to add an activation code and it is saying the channel name is unsubscribed. I'm sorry to be dim!

Hi Guys,

I've now set up a channel on my PC but can't get the Chumby to see it.

The Chumby is on my network and the clock etc are working. It runs the intro but doesn't ask me to activate.

I can't see any way to access a new channel.

I just deactivated and reactivated and all seem well!
