My Chumby One ceased working when power adapter electrolytic capacitor C6 bulged and failed. The hardest part of the repair was breaking the adapter open. I used a vise to carefully squeeze the power adapter along the seam where the 2 halves of the case join until the seam began to break apart. After replacing C6 I used a thin velcro strap to hold the power adapter case halves together instead of re-gluing the case.
